Tableau row totals not showing

The same aggregation applies to the Column Total on each Year as well, i.e., 2010's Column Total is 40.20%.

Not exactly this post's topic, but related: when copying or exporting a crosstab Tableau always honors the view-specific number formatting. According to Tableau this is by design - and thanks to them for responding right away to my asking about this.
